Subako Cloud and other deployments

These docs describe Subako Cloud. Subako can also run dedicated to you, or on premises.

These docs describe Subako Cloud

Unless a page says otherwise, everything in this documentation is about Subako Cloud, the multi-tenant service Subako runs for you:

Subako Cloud
Console console.us.cloud.subako.ai
API https://api.us.cloud.subako.ai
Sign-in Subako accounts
Models The Subako provider’s sparrow, crow, and hawk, or your own provider
Plans, prices, and limits As Plan and usage lists them

You can sign up and start right away, with nothing to install.

A dedicated Subako, built to your requirements

Beyond Subako Cloud, we build Subako an environment of its own for customers whose data, network, or compliance rules call for one. The console, the API, the SDKs, functions, and everything else in these docs work the same; what changes is where Subako runs, who operates it, and how it reaches its models.

How a dedicated deployment is built and maintained is decided with you, to fit your requirements, rather than chosen from a fixed menu.

What can be shaped to your requirements

  • Inference. Which models agents run on, and where: models served through Amazon Bedrock, open-weight models included; providers of your own; or inference kept to a specific region or data center, so prompts and completions never leave it.
  • Data residency. Sessions, files, and credentials stored in the region you choose.
  • Network. An allowlist for every outbound connection, and private connectivity to your own systems.
  • Identity. Sign-in through your own identity provider over OIDC, so people use the accounts they already have.
  • Operations. A dedicated engine pool, audit log export, and the maintenance arrangement that suits your team.

Sovereign AI

Together, these make Subako fit for sovereign AI: agents whose data, credentials, and model inference all stay within the jurisdiction and infrastructure you choose — with nothing sent to a model or a service outside it. If that is what your organization needs, a dedicated or on-premises deployment is where to start.

On a deployment other than Subako Cloud, the console and API live at addresses of its own, and its plans, prices, model providers, and limits are what you agree with us, not what these pages list for Subako Cloud.
